Conveyancing Coordinator

Location: Bristol

Salary: £32,614

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, full-time

Summary:

Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting for a Conveyancing Coordinator to support a busy Strategic Asset Management team with the delivery of property disposals and acquisitions.

This role will involve managing the internal conveyancing process from approval through to completion, liaising with legal representatives, and ensuring all legal and regulatory documentation is completed in line with policy.

You will play a key part in de-risking land, supporting governance processes, and ensuring a smooth transaction cycle for void property sales, land transfers, and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate internal conveyancing processes from approval through to post-completion

· Support large volume disposals and acquisitions via private treaty, auction, or stock transfer

· Provide project support during strategic reviews and assist in mitigating legal risks

· Liaise with solicitors, agents, valuers, and lenders regarding rights, easements, charges, and covenants

· Complete conveyancing protocol forms such as SPIF, LIF, and CPSE with support from operational teams

· Respond to legal enquiries raised by prospective buyers or legal representatives

· Attend site visits to define boundaries, confirm rights of way, and assess shared amenities

· Review and interpret title documents in accordance with internal group protocols

· Approve and progress legal documents including Contracts for Sale, Leases, Transfer Deeds, and Certificates of Compliance

· Manage governance processes for document signing and sealing, ensuring legal consents are in place

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records

· Ensure compliance with all relevant conveyancing legislation and company policies

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and conveyancing procedures

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external legal and property professionals

· Support project delivery in other regions when required

· Help develop departmental procedures in response to legislation or new business areas

· Take responsibility for personal development and staying up to date with legal and sector updates

Conveyancing Coordinator Key Skills & Experience:

Essential:

· GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C or above

· Experience in property law and conveyancing

· Strong understanding of title documents and conveyancing processes

· Familiarity with legal responsibilities and statutory obligations in property transactions

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently using initiative

· High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

· Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems

· Ability to deliver excellent customer service

· Skilled at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities

· Team player with strong internal and external relationship management skills

· Full UK driving licence
