Salary - £33,000 - £40,000 pa

The Role

We're looking for a creative and strategic Internal Marketing Designer & Creator to bring our clients internal communications to life. This is a unique opportunity to shape how their brand is experienced from external coverage ensuring their teams feel informed, inspired, and aligned with their mission.

What You'll Do

Design visually compelling internal campaigns, presentations.

Create multimedia content (video, motion graphics, GIFs, etc.) to support key initiatives

Ensure brand consistency across all internal touchpoints

Build and evolve our internal visual identity and tone of voice

Measure the impact of internal marketing campaigns and continuously optimize

What You Bring

Strong portfolio demonstrating design and content creation (digital, print, and motion)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and/or Canva, Figma

Excellent copywriting skills

Experience in internal communications or employer branding a plus

Proactive, collaborative and excited to turn ideas into engaging experiences

Being able to put together presentations

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
