Vintage wood Gesso Gilt finish Picture Frame 17 1/4" (44 cm) x 20 1/4" (51.5 cm)
As per the photographs, the gesso on the frame has nibbles to the outer edges and a deeper mark to the top and bottom of the frame.
The picture frame is fitted with glass.
Measurements of the inserted structure as seen from the reverse side are: 13.5" (35 cm) x 10.5" (26.5 cm.)
I am not sure of the age of this frame or how it ended up in my loft.
