Rare and historically significant antique lithograph titled “The Death of St. Joseph”, created and published by A. Laby in 1861. This beautifully detailed religious print is dedicated to His Eminence Cardinal Wiseman, the first Archbishop of Westminster, and is based on the original painting displayed above the high altar at St. Joseph’s Retreat, Highgate, home of the Passionist Fathers in London.

Printed by the esteemed lithographic firm M. & N. Hanhart, this sepia-tone devotional artwork captures the serene and holy passing of St. Joseph, attended by the Virgin Mary, Jesus, and a host of angels.
