Study for the Fontana del Moro in the Piazza Navona in Rome c.1652 to 1655
Pen and brown wash. A drawing for the second stage of Bernini’s design for the fountain, which was designed and made between 1652 and 1655.
Framed mounted and glazed this rare example is now offered for sale on a collection only basis from close to Christchurch Park in Ipswich.
