Description
An antique etching featuring a House in Hampstead as per the reverse text - 'after' John Constable. Signed in pencil by the artist Henry Roberts Robertson. Text on the bottom front reads Published by the Art Union of London. 112 Strand, London 1891. All looks original to that period except for the hanging wire. Note slight fade difference in bottom left corner, good oak frame. The print alone, including unsigned versions, sells for approx. £70.
