Dahlia by Frances Saddington - original acrylic painting direct from the artist.
This small but perfectly formed piece will bring the radiance of the summer sun into any room of the house. Red, orange and yellow tones radiate from the centre, with just a touch of shimmer to catch the eye. The painting was inspired by the golden flowers of the late summer garden and by the patterns of artisan ceramic tiles. It would look lovely on the wall but is also small enough to be placed upon a shelf or mantelpiece.
The painting is signed by the artist and is on a box canvas with the sides painted to blend in with the background of the painting. It is sealed with a layer of UV protective varnish to help prevent damage from dust and light. You can hang it straight on the wall or attach fixings from a picture framing kit (not included).
