Ideal for anyone who has trouble with their knees as you can still attend to the garden without bending down.
This has never been used, it's been just stored in a shed and is like brand new (as evidenced in the photos) Seat when raised measures 21"/54cm from the floor & 17"/44cm when lowered. Wheels have heavy duty inflatable tyres 9.5"/24cm in diameter. Seat measures 15"/38cm wide.
