Description

You can use a wide range of passive speakers, from 2W to 15W but ideally i recommend you use stereo passive speakers with a combined Speaker power of 10W and each speaker having 8 ohms impedance.

You can use a wide range of ATX power supplies, from 100W to 600W but ideally i recommend you use one with a 400W Power rating and have an on/off switch.

In some models of tv you may have to find the AV channel for the Arcade supergun output manually.

You can use the arcade supergun for testing arcade pcbs.Since the Arcade supergun has no fuses I recommend that you check a supect Arcade pcb for short circuits on the +5v ,+12v and –5v lines before Plugging the pcb in to the arcade supergun.A short circuit on the power lines could burn tracks On the arcade supergun.

There are static sensitive components on the arcade supergun.Please Momentarily ground yourself by touching the metal case of the ATX Power supply before changing arcade pcbs attached to the supergun.

Please switch off the tv before changing arcade pcbs attached to the arcade Supergun.A power surge on the tv set’s scart socket could damage the tv.
You can only use standard megadrive three button controllers with the arcade supergun.Please have two megadrive controllers plugged in while playing a game or erratic controller operation could result.
