Description
Selling my Spy F1 350cc as I need some room. Awesome fun on a summer's day but equally good in the wet.
Built by Jinling and Loncin
4 stroke
Water cooled
Mileage:1056
MOT: 16/07/2026
Top speed estimated at 70mph
6 forward gears on the left like a bike + reverse on a handle on the right hand side of the tank.
Just passed the MOT today so it's got a years ticket.
It's had:
2 new front tyres a while back, maybe had 100 miles put on them
New alarm immobiliser unit
New CDI unit
New Rear brake cylinder
New Battery
2 new rear tyres fitted today
2 new ball joints
New ignition coil
New HT lead
New spark plug
Rear brake pads
Track rod end ball joint
It has digital speedo
Adjustable suspension front and rear
14 inch alloy wheels
Sissy bar
Spoiler
Plastics all round (rear arch covers could do with replacing or removing depending on your styling choice)
Remote start from the key fob.
These things come in a variety of options. This is the F1 so it has the full covered wheels and the rear spoiler. The plastics are bolt on and available in many colours so you can easily change them if white isn't your thing. It's got a sissy bar if you wife or buddy wants to lean back. No need for a crash helmet as it's not legally required, I wouldn't suggest this but it's your call. You can purchase a storage box and remove the spoiler if you need somehwere to put your stuff.
It had been off the road for some time because I couldn't get it to start and didn't know why plus moving house and life getting in the way. Finally worked out one day that I hadn't heard it chirp from the alarm for a while, turned out to be the immobiliser/alarm unit after taking it to a local car wash and the jet wash happy dude blasting the electrics under the front cowling 🤬 at little embarssed how long it took me to figure that out to be honest.
Bad bits
Rear arches rattle as the fixing points have broken on the inside.
Sometimes slips in 5 I think, it's been a while since I've driven it that fast.
Fuel gauge not working properly
Suggestions
It could definitely do with a good tweaking, checking the tightness of a few bits, grease the nipples, adjustment here and there. The carb was cleaned recently as was the air filter. It's had new oil but would benefit from a good once over and maybe flush the cooling system. WD-40 all the cables and just general maintenance really.
I've been as honest as I can be but if you still have any questions just ask.
