Royal Enfield Bullet 1991

This bike had many new parts fitted by the previous owner including the following:- Front wheel and tyre, twin leading shoe brake assembly. Rear wheel and tyre. New kickstart, gear and neutral selector levers. Rear suspension units. Rear light. Ignition switch and keys. Light and horn switch. Silencer and possibly new stainless downpipe. Fork gaiters. New mirrors..still in box. Horn. Fuel tap with reserve. Rear brake light switch. Parking light surrounds and lenses. Smaller indicators. The photos show all the new parts and some of the old replaced items.

Unfortunately he lost interest possibly because all the new switchgear he bought was not correct for the existing harness and he had moved the ignition switch from the offside box to the nacelle.

Since acquiring the bike the following parts have been bought and fitted:- Genuine Mikarb V28 carburettor. Battery. Oil pump spindle and transfer tube. Top engine steady. Front brake lever and switch. Speedo cable guide. Front wheel spindle nuts. Various nuts, washers, gaskets and studs. Spark plug and HT lead. Fuel pipe. The engine runs.

This bike was originally a 350. It now has a 500 barrel and piston. The V28 carburettor is correct for the 500cc.
