Here i have my catering trailer which i built last year ready for this summer to make a little extra cash however. Due to unforseen circumstances it's up for sale, all equipment has been purchased in the last 12 months. It's fully equipped and ready to go, you don't require anything apart from a vehicle to tow. It has gas and electric certificate in place, it has a 5 star food hygiene certificate. It's equipped with a griddle, twin fryer, gas water heater, double sink, extractor fan, fridge freezer so nothing to add unless you want extra.
