The PSA1 is a professional studio boom arm that allows easy and precise placement of a microphone. It features an innovative parallelogram design that keeps the mic direction constant as the height is adjusted, as well as internal springs for quiet operation.

An essential tool for podcasters, radio professionals and others, it rotates 360 degrees and reaches 32.5" horizontally and 33" vertically. This makes it possible to achieve a variety of positions and angles to fit your recording needs. The Rode microphone stand supports most mic brands weighing up to 4.4. lbs., including the Rode Podcaster and Podcaster models (sold separately). A threaded mount/clip is included, allowing it to be attached to a desk in one of two ways. The two-axis swivel mount provides accurate positioning. This podcast microphone is compatible with a variety of other accessories and equipment, so you can set up a complete home recording studio. It also includes Velcro wraps for securing a microphone cable, keeping it securely attached to the boom arm and out of the way.
