A classic hand-held stage condenser microphone which is suitable
for both stage and recording duties.
Used by Whitney Houston, Sting, KD Lang, Frank Sinatra (Ol' blue eyes!)
and other world-class vocalists. Also a great acoustic guitar recording and
live performance microphone. Many great flamenco guitarists - including
Chico Moraito - used them, and flamenco guitarists are known to be highly
meticulous in their commitment to retaining a warm, realistic natural tone.
It is in proper working condition. The original internal grill foam pad
was replaced a few months ago (bits of foam had been crumbling off
due to age). It's smaller than the original size foam pad (you can see
the outline in one of the photos). It's a snug fit around the microphone
capsule, which gives the added benefit of reducing plosives. The foam
is also hypoallergenic.
