Description
Complete with lots of paperwork including the original bill. Microphone is in the larger box with cables but unfortunately this box has a surface tear on the lid. The pre amplifier/control unit in the other box. Made by Andrew Merryfield Ltd from 1959 for only around 4 years until Philips made the cassette recorder. When you consider that its price of £13 in 1959 was roughly the equivalent of £210 today, it makes you wonder how they managed to sell any? £85 ono.
