Bellari VP549 Phono Preamplifier / Phono Stage.
Please note, the pictures have the Bellari EQ (also for sale) in, but this listing is for the Phono Preamp only.
I bought it a few months back but decided to experiment with a tube phono stage (BIG bucks!) instead (Pro-Ject).
Comes boxed with a UK plug.
Runway Pro Audio (where I bought it) are currently selling for £159 (+£6.95 postage).
In perfect as new condition and hardly used!
