2000 Avondale Dart 470/4 4 berth caravan with FIAMMA canopy and MOTOR MOVER
All paperwork present including owner's handbook and manuals .
It is 20 ft long and the inside length is 15.5 ft.
Mass in Running Order weight: 895 kg
Maximum allowable weight is: 1160 kg
It has blinds and fly screens, hot and cold water, gas and electric space heater with blower, water pump, THETFORD cassette flushing toilet, 4 ring gas cooker and grill, 3 way working fridge, sink, 240V power inverter , wardrobe, loads of drawers and plenty of storage , battery charger, leisure battery, gas bottle, ALKO stabiliser,2 like new tyres and spare wheel, 2 way working water heater, Aqua roll .
It's year is 2000 and it is very easy to tow.
It has absolutely NO DAMP, it's dry and clean as you can see from the photos .
The caravan has a working MOTOR MOVER .
It is dry and there is no water ingress.
Pet Free and very clean !!
Viewing is recommended to appreciate how beautiful it is.
The caravan is in storage, so an appointment has to be made prior to a viewing !
