Description
Unusual sofa, high quality by designer Andrew Martin, model Thetis. High quality sturdy item as one would expect from Andrew Martin.
The model has an unusual design which allows one to showcase the rest of the room (rather than blocking the view as most large sofas do). It was featured in Elle Home, at home of the celebrity designer Philip Gorrivan.
We reupholstered it in high quality fabric by Kvadrat (Sunniva 717, 62 % wool, 25% viscose, 8% linen and 5% polyamid). Beautiful greyish colour. It has a big cushion with an internal feather-filled pad for extra softness (recently refilled with fresh feathers).
Both the original legs and replacement square conical legs are available (see photos).
Excellent condition, no discernible stains or defects. Cushions are gone, but can offer some alternatives.
Dimensions (all approximate!): about L198cm D94cm. Large enough for a comfortable sleep, and can be used as a daybed.Height: 64cm without the legs, 74cm with original legs, 70cm with replacement legs.
Pickup only from Edinburgh (Bruntsfield) EH10 4. Will consider offers, even low ones.
