Fair condition - the mattress has some sun marks on it and a few of the button covers missing, but we used with a throw over the top so didn’t bother us
Good quality frame etc, lots of life left

There is a wooden drawer underneath, which is not for sale. The sofa therefore has space underneath which you can make out in the pic

Can help load into van but would probably need two people at the other end
