This sofa was purchased brand new four years ago and has been well taken care of. We purchased the sofa insurance so have had the upholstery treated for any spills or stains so it is still looking great. The seat cushion covers have also been recently cleaned for freshness.
The sofa is still retailing for £1495 under the name - Cory Fabric Corner Chaise Classic Back Sofa.
The sofa cushions were upgraded so they hold their shape and are very comfy.
There are a few minor bits of wear and tear in the way of pilling to the fabric and this has been included in the pictures but it is mostly on the back of the cushions so not visible. It is also possible to repair by pulling the fabric back through with a needle.
We have loved this sofa and the only reason for selling is to downsize to make more room for our growing family.
Please check dimensions included in the photos. The photo dimension picture shows right hand facing but this is a left hand facing sofa.
