19th Century, believed Holland & Sons library chair for restoration. The chair is unmarked .
A Deep Seated 19th Century Howard Style Armchair
A deep seated country house Howard style armchair dating to the second half of the 19th century. The armchair sits on turned mahogany legs to the front and mahogany legs to the rear all with quality brass castors. The armchair has deep proportions and is large in size making it very comfortable, it has a teal upholstery all in good order with some slight wear.

The chair requires re-polishing/ finishing and reupholstering to your own particular style/ choice of fabrics. Excellent project.
Nice proportioned and elegant chair, surplus to our requirements, hence it is for sale and needs a lovely house to go to.

All original markings have been removed during last reupholstering. Please review photos.
Frame is solid, no infestation, from pet free home.
