Description
An IBM-labelled box containing 4 x IBM golf-ball print elements (heads) for an IBM Selectric typewriter.
The elements are labelled:
"PRX-10-G" - mostly Greek characters
"PR-8-1 UK" - italics (presume 8 point)
"UN-11-B" - possibly 11 point bold
"CG-8-DC" - possibly 8 point Courier
I can't find any information about which fonts these codes relate to. Other IBM elements have the full font names, but not these.
The elements have 4 rows of 22 characters, so are the 88-character elements used on the Selectric I and II, not the 96-character elements used on later models.
Each element has the IBM logo embossed on the cap.
The box is broken, but still holds the heads.
Items are untested, as I don't have a Selectric typewriter to test them with.
