Description
It builds on 35 years of experience as a faculty member of Cranfield School of Management. I've worked and consulted around the globe as well as a period as a Non Exec Director of the Institute of Customer Service. Ive co-authored Service Operations Texts and an autobiography called "More than Good Enough". I was the MBA programme director for a total of 12 years, heavily involved in leadership development.
