Nicky was truly inspirational and helped me to expect more and motivated me to take steps to make this happen. The process has been really useful as well as insightful, Nicky has led me through the various steps with thoroughness, gentleness and humour. Areas of concern or improvement have been examined and demonstrated through the creation of my new funky cv as well as my written applications for recent roles.
