All comments are FACTUALLY TRUE. North Ford have also as of today (A week) not provided me with my SRA file (I have asked three times) and have not acknowledged my official complaint (which was sent prior to me posting this review). Unfortunately a really poor experience overall. It's also worrying when a solicitor who has been working on your case for three years bids on the same case on lawbid when I was looking for a different opinion. A year has been effectively wasted as the firm failed to get the correct information last year and I was an email away from paying 8k in court fees which weren't needed. Have lodged a complaint and requested plus 5k back in wasted legal fees. From 2021 to August 2023 they were functional but since then have been ineffective.
