I feel extremely blessed to have had the privilege of meeting Sheena. She is an amazing coach who listened intently to every word I shared about what I was going through and how I wanted to move forward in setting up my business & moving forward in supporting family members with their health, while also trying to balance my health & finances. Sheena has a special and unique way of guiding and asking me questions that helped me find the answers within myself, but also helped me practically, too, with financial aspects that I find a bit tricky to work out. Each session, she would listen to my needs and help me see how I could move forward with them. Making each task that I had before felt somewhat overwhelming change into me feeling inspired and excited. Every session would be summarised with what actions I would need to do, always followed up by a prompt email from Sheena so I knew what steps i needed to take. Consequently, my 2-month plans that we had set moved forward quicker because I had clarity and motivation, all from Sheena’s wonderful guidance and wisdom. Sheena would also check in regularly to see if there was anything I needed & how I was doing. If you are looking to start a business or need any form of coaching, i truly cannot recommend Sheena enough. She is a very special coach with a great warmth, someone who listens, understands, and clearly has great knowledge in what she does.
