The Fountayne Group is an independent, specialist firm of Managing Agents based in North London. Founded in 2015, what started as a small, family run venture has grown rapidly, through word of mouth and recommendation, and become a respected company with extensive property knowledge across the property spectrum. Taking property management into a new direction with its no-nonsense, straight-talking approach we believe there needs to be a clear understanding of the confines of the law stipulated in your agreements for both our clients and the leaseholders under our care.
We are problem solvers. We haven’t grown by word of mouth and recommendation by luck. We offer a service tailored to our clients’ particular needs, we oversee, manage, and advise on every area that can affect your property. Our team are innovative thinkers, we see past the hurdles and always focus on the bigger picture. We question the problem and get the job done. Our time is precious, we don’t like to waste it. Not a surprise that many of our clients have come to us because of:

Our principal to management is simple, as is our execution; understand our client, how they want to work, what they are looking for in the management of their site and in return provide no-nonsense communication & solutions lead management. We start with the client first and we keep things simple.
We encourage you to ask us anything to ensure the best first step towards the relationship. This will in turn lead to a clear approach with those under our care, within the site and directly with yourself, the client. We are not here to sell you our services by promising everything at the lowest bid.
The management of a building is site specific and individual to that building depending on your and its requirements (size, amenities, maintenance needs) and the lease.
We are client lead but also the impartial intermediary to uphold the confines within the lease between both Client and Leaseholder. We focus on your objective and provide guidance on best steps to protect and help your investment flourish.
We take what you need and want to achieve from the property in addition to what you want to get out of your agent.
Your property will be means tested and matched to the best suited team to meet your needs as well as the experience required best suited to your property and style.
