Description

I spent 13 years working in London's corporate sector. Seeing too many people, too stressed for too long gave me the motivation to become a coach and help people better understand themselves and what's important, including who they want to be and where they want to be - personally and professionally.

While I now live the kind of life I want, in alignment with my values, I have experienced a number of setbacks, traumas and heartbreaks throughout my life (including the early death of my other) - all of which gave me the experience and lessons to help me help others.

I am empathetic, non-judgemental and open in my approach. We work at the depth and pace of your comfort levels.
