During the pandemic I started suffering from severe anxiety, coupled with some lingering PTSD from a bad accident I was in almost 10 years ago. I was always scared, could not sleep, hated being alone, always thought of the worst outcome in every situation, and kept dwelling there consistently. Everything looked and felt extremely scary and gloomy. Kareem and I had been social friends for years but one day he started talking online about helping persons become their best selves. I was skeptical at first - especially because of our prior very social relationship but I am thankful EVERY day that he agreed to work with me through my trauma. He has developed what I would describe as a tried and tested systematic approach to unearthing issues and working through them - I now have coping skills that permeate my fears and insecurities. Professionally I have successfully taken on responsibilities that I never thought I could handle, personally I am a better wife, daughter, sister, friend. On paper, I was at the top of my game when I met Kareem - I was (and still am) senior management in an organization and industry I enjoy and yet, I was feeling incredibly stuck and unfulfilled.
