Through my 30 years of experience being a Christian Counsellor and Coach. I integrate Christian beliefs and values with traditional therapeutic techniques to help people address mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges. Working with group therapy (CBT), individual therapy, and families experiencing different mental health conditions.
However, through the University of Salford, I also qualified as a Christian Counsellor, Person Centred therapy, Psychological coach in Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Wellness coaching, and leadership Coaching . and a diploma in NLP Coaching with Demmysfiela and confidence I will be requested to submit recorded sessions with your permission (ICF. I also completed a Diploma in NLP, Demmyfield, and confidence with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
There is a Christian Women's fellowship platform, which is attended on Wednesdays and

Skills achieved: working with Families, relationships, Career change, spirituality, Confidence, communication, grief, bereavement, trauma, depression, anxiety. Helping in Business Coaching Leadership, Positive habits, Mindfulness, individuals with different mental Health conditions. Also, the diversity and cultures were different, which led me to understand that everyone has different cultures and values to respect when working with the clients.

I also worked with children and adolescents in different sectors. Mainly supporting them with Bible study, so that they grew up in God's belief. and relationship with their parents or other elders. As a mature woman, my personal and professional experiences were built by my Christianity, work experience, and community settings. journey, and we are to consider individuals' culture and values, and the Law.

There is a Christian Women's fellowship platform, which is attended on Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm. We learn about bible study, prayers, and different topics, which provide opportunities for individuals to disclose their thoughts and make their own free choices about what they are interested in (CBT) group. The group is beneficial because it integrates Faith and Spiritual principles in the Coaching process. Women will be helped to suit their lives with God's purpose and calling, focusing on spiritual growth, personal development and achieving their Goals within a biblical framework..motivates women to be resilient. in their goals, aligned with thier values and God's will.

At present, I am identified as a Life Coach, Business Coach, and Wellness Coach. We are working together with the Government to support our work and collaborate with other professionals, therapists, doctors, social services, etc, and referrals are made where necessary.
As a Christian-based organisation, our services are Free. dependent on individuals' wishes to appreciate. Psalm 100: 4
Time for sessions:
Fridays 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm and Saturday 12.pm to 4.00 pm.
