Hi - my name is Sarah - a friendly, highly experienced certified and fully accredited Executive and Personal Coach. I provide Executive, Career and Life Coaching to individuals and organisations in the UK and worldwide.

My Coaching Specialisms include:

Career changes (through to applications and interviews) Step career changes, redundancy, imposter syndrome, assertiveness, confidence building, promotion readiness, conflict in the workplace, negotiation, procrastination, fear of failure, fierce independence, leadership, management style, dealing with anxiety, stress, diminished confidence, overwhelm. Maternity coaching, paternity coaching and Menopause.

My existing portfolio of client Executive professionals are working at organisations such as: Bumble, Microsoft, Amazon, WorkDay, Morgan Stanley and Buzzfeed.

My coaching style is based on humanistic psychology, which means that I create a safe, non-judgemental space for my clients to embrace deep change and transformation. I guide, empower, and improve my clients, using tools and techniques that enable them to broaden their perspective, realise their self-worth, and reach their potential. I also help them to spot and prevent potential issues and challenges before they become major problems.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching (2019 from Barefoot Coaching). I am also a certified Counsellor and hold a First-Class Honours degree in Business from The University of Birmingham.

Sarah is incredible and I am so glad that my friend recommened her seeing my struggle at work, I was loosing confidence and feeling demotivated. Thanks to Sarah that within a few sessions she reignited the self esteem in me which is helping me navigate my way in a much better and organised way. I cant thank her enough and highly recommend !

Sarah is an incredibly talented coach, able to take several somewhat incoherent statements and summarise into exactly what you wanted to say. I was truly impressed on how she can process information so quickly, but them delivers her response, in a very professional, caring and unscripted manner, which clearly shows she genuinely wants the best for her clients.

Kind, reassuring and committed. These are the first three words that describe my time with Sarah. Kind because she handles your situation with care, with a level of assertiveness. Reassuring because she continuously checks in and reassured me that change will happen. Lastly, committed, similar to above she is committed with you to do the work. She will effects guide you so that you are doing the work.

I can't recommend Sarah enough. I was feeling confused and stuck in a rut for a while, unsure of what steps to take next in my career and personal life. Working with Sarah has been a total game-changer. What impressed me was her structured approach. We didn't just chat aimlessly about my problems. Sarah created a clear framework and goals for our sessions, which helped me identify my goals and roadblocks with laser focus.
