Hi there,
My name is Martin I am a fully qualified Executive coach trained by The British School Of Coaching, to ILM level 7 (masters equivalent) for Executives and Senior Leaders Coaches and Mentors.
I have worked at Envision4U for several years now and prior to that I worked for Centrica, where my role was to coach, train and mentor leaders, I was with Centrica for many years prior to leaving to follow my passion for coaching and mentoring.
Envision4u has a business partnership with Clarity 4D who we work with to provide clients with personal profiles. These profiles help to identify communication styles and also strengths and weaknesses, which then allows us to highlight where we can work with our clients to gain professional and personal improvement.
Envision4u has also developed "target training" aimed at all levels of management and leadership , and all aspects of the management and leadership journey.
It is this unique blend of training, coaching and mentoring that I believe will achieve the greatest and most sustainable results for my clients.
