In creating Any Road Coaching, our founder has closed the loop between enterprise and individual people and career strategy. He believes that the current world of work offers people more opportunity than ever before to plan and execute life long, meaningful careers, and so his mission is to provide person-centric coaching that inspires confidence and clarity in making career decisions.
Jordan has lead in People Analytics and Strategy, including people and skills planning for around 20 years, in companies with headcounts of 25 to 450,000, across Consulting, Technology, Consumer Products and Financial Services.

He started his career in Australia as a Learning and Development advisor moving into the world of people analytics and strategy as a consultant at a boutique, but global firm. He relocated to the United Kingdom as a practice leader for SAP, leading the Workforce Analytics and Planning team for Europe the Middle East and Africa. He joined IBM to lead the Talent Analytics consulting capability in Europe, focused on analytics, planning and the emerging area of AI in HR.

Moving to Switzerland, he built and led the global People Analytics Function at Nestle, responsible for the end to end application of evidence lead decision making to create strategy and drive action towards great employee experiences and business outcomes. Returning to the UK, he joined the London Stock Exchange Group to create the organisation analytics and insights capability, working across Technology, Finance, Legal, Communications and People and Group Data Functions, focused on delivering business enhancing solutions to people and business leaders.
