Description

I am a Qualified Executive Coach (ICF) specialising in career changes. I help my clients identify and gain clarity on a) the direction they want to take, b) position themselves for the transition, c) execute on the strategy to land their role. Throughout the process we address challenges that arise such as imposter syndrome, communication effectiveness and overall confidence in the workplace.

My coaching work is underpinned by 20 years in senior roles in the corporate sector, and 4 years working as part of a coalition of NGOs at the United Nations. And my focus on career changes is driven by my key learnings from my own experiences traversing into new roles and many years of supporting clients transition (see testimonials)

I am hugely passionate about coaching and it’s transformational impact, having been on both sides of the table. My clients tell me I create a relaxed and safe environment within which to reflect on and explore their challenges without judgement. A true coaching partnership where we embark on the journey together and drive towards their goals.

I had 6 sessions with Ed. I could not recommend his services enough. After a 5-year stint in finance, I was left depleted, burnout and unsure what my next steps were. Working with Ed was fantastic - he was approachable and easy going but help me realise my goals incredibly quickly. He took the time to establish what I wanted from the process and worked with me to define my goals. Each session was targeted but I always felt in control, Ed was careful to check we were going in the direction I wanted. Can't recommend him highly enough!
