Description
I’m an Executive Coach and have spent my career building and leading teams, including as CEO and cofounder of SuperCarers (sold to Home Instead in 2020) and most recently as the commercial leader for Accurx, backed by venture capital firms Local Globe, Atomico and Lakestar.
Previously, I worked in finance, strategy and operations consulting at Deloitte, as a policy advisor in the Cabinet Office and Treasury, and I led the UK operations for an augmented reality start-up that sold to Snap. I also cofounded and chaired social enterprise BeyondMe.Org, which was funded by Nesta, City of London and Pears Foundation.
My path has been full of ups, downs, twists and turns, and I draw on all of these experiences to get the best out of the people and teams I work with. My style is to listen, be curious and thought-provoking, and use my commercial, leadership and industry experience to challenge the people I work with to make clear decisions and move forward with confidence.
I have coached people in a range of businesses, including Accurx, Tyk, Grantify, Dosium, CALM, Carterwood, Vita Mojo, Tax Systems, Blok, MOO, Planet Smart and Micro Pharm.
