I have 25+ years of senior leadership experience within scale-ups as well as with large-cap global corporations such as General Electric, Santander, Nokia, and most recently Visa. I am a globally accredited Senior Practitioner Executive Coach with the EMCC. I am also DISC personality and ILM qualified.

I am passionate about coaching, having noticed early on in my own career that those individuals who seemed to progress somewhat effortlessly and have clarity on where they were going all had a coach by their side.

In my own career, I have navigated career changes across industries, gained promotions reporting up to the board level at Visa, returned to work after four maternity leaves, and steered my way through redundancy. I don’t think I could have done any of this without the benefits of having had career coaching!

I enjoy helping others work through obstacles and unlock their own full potential. I believe that, we are all naturally scared of making changes. I know I have felt stuck at times in my career.
