I specialise in coaching entrepreneurs, founders and executive teams in scaling startups in emerging and disruptive industries.

My purpose is to help you achieve your personal and professional breakthrough.

As a certified and licensed Paseda360 Advanced Practitioner, I use this ground-breaking, award-winning coaching methodology to help my clients get unstuck and unleash their potential through Transformational Executive Coaching.

I am also an accredited GCologist with The GC Index - and my company is an official GC Partner. I use this scientifically-validated organimetric profiling tool to help you discover your Energy for Impact. Whether on an individual level, for your team, or mapping your entire organisation, I can help identify how people can make their best contributions.

In September 2025 I will be one of the first Paseda360 Master Practitioners globally too, accredited by the Association for Coaching.

A 'Rising Star' finalist and 'Implementer of the Year' award-winner at the National Coaching Awards 2024, my coaching practice is already gaining traction since my business launched in August 2024.
