I worked with Tom face to face as well as completing his online course on boundary setting, I have to say I found the course excellent. It was comprehensive and detailed . Straightforward and easy to work through. I liked the layout and the emojis. I particularly liked all the examples of what to say and how to handle push backs in a clear, calm and confident manner .
