Such a Joyful experience. Lucy is such a positive and supportive coach. She really helped me to talk through and understand how I was limiting myself from living my life well. I would recommend anyone who feels “stuck” to reach out to Lucy, she is a wonderful, positive force who will give sage advice and make you see that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Lucy was like one big dollop of hope & positivity being dropped into my world on a weekly basis. She is extremely structured & from very early on, she tuned into my needs and ambitions with ease and was so strong at keeping me on track. She does a ton of work behind the scenes to prepare notes & tools I could work with & was always available over text if I needed her. I would like to express my gratitude for the support you gave me during my personal 1-1 life coaching sessions. I knew as soon as I first reached out to you; you would be the right coach for me 🙂 Our sessions were relaxed, open, fun, structured and really got me thinking about the next stages in my life. Thanks for encouraging me to take time out and do a dream holiday (which by the way, I now want to do every year). I would never have pushed myself to request 4 weeks off work. As you know this was amazing and then lead me into thinking about other areas of my life which I will be reviewing and I am now on the track to accept those challenges and changes. thanks for everything.
