Hi There, I've been in the HR sector for over 30 years working in a variety of size companies, from small family run businesses to global entities and everything in between! For the last 16 years I have been running my own consultancy, working with clients throughout the UK from all different disciplines assisting with their HR. I offer a friendly, pragmatic service from simple advice to support with more complex issues. No job/problem too small or too big! My aim is to help you and minimise any potential risk to your business, to give you the HR support you need without the overhead of an employee.
Most of my clients have been with me for many years and I have grown my business predominately by word of mouth and by clients kindly referring me on.
Whether you need handbooks, contracts, assistance in a disciplinary matter right up to a change management programme like TUPE or redundancy, I can help.
In addition, I can provide HR software that will help you manage your people.
About me ... Mum of two now adults (one at Uni, one at dance college) and a bonkers French Bulldog ... I am taking the 5th as to which one I love most! Bit if a gym goer - weights, boxing, generally running round like mad... live by the beach and can be found there after work with my dog. Love life, always smiling, not easily fazed.
