I hired Phil to assist my niece. She told her GP she needed help with her anxiety and depression and they did nothing. After her weight dropped below 7 stone, I took matters in my own hands. I came across Phil Hanlon and after speaking to him directly, explain what was going on both physically and mentally with her, he said he could help her. Although I paid money for his services, I would do it again without any problem. He even taught her coping mechanism for when she finds things getting to her. I would most definitely recommend Phil time and time again.

Phill has helped me enormously, I have been suffering with very low mood and self esteem and working with Phil has got me back on track in a very short time. I was recently lucky enough to have a coaching session with Phill and he used a technique called Havening. It was simply a safe haven. And while I'm writing this review, I am struggling to remember what was the issue that I had for quite some time..still nothing! This is how good it was! Phil is an amazing coach, patient, warm and with an amazing voice. I would recommend him to anyone that wants fast stable results.
