Description
Water Fed pole window cleaning round for sale due to retirement.
The round was established in 2013, it consists of 509 customers on a 7 week schedule and a monthly value of £6,624. Almost all is residential with an average job value of £21.31.
The round covers Trowbridge, Westbury, Melksham and Bradford on Avon. The monthly income does not cover extras such as Gutter, Fascia, Soffits and conservatory roofs etc. During the last couple of years I have employed help and therefore my customers are used to others cleaning their windows and I have not lost any work due to that, in fact with two vans out there it keeps growing.
I am offering this for sale for £30,000 which includes a fully fitted 2006 Vauxhall Vivaro with a 500ltre tank and Gardiner Pole. All my work is on Cleaner Planner software and therefore can be easily transferred.
