Nissa has worked with me to re-build my confidence after my already limited self-esteem took a huge hit at work. She helped me to see that I had plenty to offer, and that my ideas and contributions were worthwhile. The way I feel about myself at work could not be more different than it once was, which led me to make a big change - I have a great new job where I’m valued. The coaching I’ve received has led me to approach conversations differently, hold myself differently, and give and receive feedback without fear. Nissa’s guidance has completely changed my path and I couldn’t recommend Wana more!
