dan is an amazingly dedicated sleep coach What can i say, i was using copious amounts of zopiclone sleeping pull for decades witch led me to no choice but to go through a horrendous detox within a hospital environment i had no ideah of the journey that would follow, ot was hell months and months of sleepless nights that left me physicaly broken literally could not get up my own stairs! Broken!! Soul and body I stumbled across dan and limped pesamisticly into his program i would consider my lifelong insomnia to be a very severe case, dan has coached me for some time now showing true commitment, my sleep since working with dan has massively improved, his dedication and attention to deatail professionalism has been a real lifesaver for me the programme he runs CBTI is far superior to the peogramme i did with the royal londan university collage i must say! the wattsapp support is very helpfull indeed also i have learned so much about sleep from dan and my outlook compleatly changed throughout my life i have sought the help of many healthcare and sleep professionals but none of these have been able to resolve my issues regarding sleep my sleep is now at least 80% better then pre dans programme, i now acchive consistant sleep and full acceptance of nights where sleep is not what i hoped i no longer have any anxietys around sleep and for the 1st time in 48 years live a full happy life i honestly can not recomend dans programme enough! i was in a terrible! place before starting dew to lifelong insomnia, but now feel liberated by the place i am in now post dans CBTI theropy i am not one to leave reviews in general about anything but the service dan provides is in my experiance is far superior to anything i have tried before i now have my life back and am fully functioning back at work and happier than i can rember so i decided to leave a review for anybody struggling with insomnia to see that there really is hope! i would have never belived i could work my way out of the insomnia rut i have spent my whole life in i still have the odd rough night like anybody but have learned full acceptance and have the tools mentally to overcome any negativity i feel from those nights i cant recomend dan as a sleep coach enough! thank you dan from the bottom of my heart! you are a true professional and great guy

After using Dan as a sleep coach my sleep improved massively. Due to this , my daily life is better, I have more energy feel less tired throughout the week and the people around me have noticed the difference and complement the physical and mental improvement I’ve achieved. Dan was able to provide support in many ways and without asking would check in on me , during and even after the programme. I didn’t think I’d be where I am now , before I started the course. Highly recommended !!

Well where to start , I was on LTS for just under year due to illness and a lasting affect was extreme insomnia 😑... after just living with 2-3 hours sleep a night for what felt like an eternity a colleague forwarded my details to Dan. Even though I don't do well asking for help or taking about my life's issues, it has genuinely been the best decision I've made . Dan persevered with me and now my personal life is amazing... my day to day is so enjoyable due to sleeping a whopping 7-8 hours every night ( I couldn't even sleep that much before I was ill) . Dan's course truly is amazing and oif you engage ,your life will change forever!!! Thanks again Dan.
