Jackie offers an opportunity to have a non judgemental conversation of what is going on in your life. We all have been through so much in life, including me. However this is what will make us stronger. Together we will look at what you can do to make these challenges, positive learning opportunities. This will in turn result in reduced stress, reduced anxiety , better health and looking to the future and not the past.
Over the years I have gained a lot of experience in business startup and and strategy specifically within healthcare, which is an added string to my bow. Starting a business can be risky and tricky and going into unknown territory. However with the right support and guidance, it doesn't have to be. In some cases it might be even deciding if there is a business in the first place. I will work with my clients in exploring all of the options.
I will always go above and beyond for my clients with whatever you require support with, as your success is my success as well.

I am also a Yoga teacher so your health and wellbeing will also play a part in our our sessions. I am a licensed Menopause Champion offering Menopause coaching and support to individuals and employers who want to ensure that their Managers are equipped with the correct knowledge to ensure their staff is supported as necessary.

Jackie is a wonderful coach; she has a natural and approachable style which makes her so easy to connect with. Her emotional intelligence and varied experience add so much value to each session. Jackie has helped me tackle some challenging situations at work, as a result I feel a lot more confident, assertive and in control. I have already begun to see somw changes. She has great empathy and is a good listener so I have felt very comfortable sharing things and each time I come away with better direction and feeling more prepared to push myself outside of my comfort zone. Simply amazing! Fantastic variety and skill. Not something I’ve experienced with any other yoga teacher. I feel even more invigorated after each session. My advice, book in blocks to secure a spot. Couldn’t rate her any more highly.

I really had a great time with Jackie. She provided the exact guidance, confidence and plan of action that i needed. She is very flexible. She highlighted the main barriers and the guide to deal with those barriers and confusions that i had for so long regarding my job, career and studies. Meeting and having a conversation with her is a time saver for me as well. She provided me the step by step guidance. And asked me that she is going to do a follow-up. :) I had alot of questions and confusions and she answered and made all clear to me.
