Life can be turbulent at times and we may feel like we are being thrown off course, when this happens it may be difficult to get back up and find our way. There may be obstacles that stand in our way, some that we haven’t had to navigate before and some that we are unaware of. This can sometimes lead us to finding ways of ‘coping’ with things in a certain (sometimes negative) way, in order to be able to ‘survive’, if these are maladaptive/harmful then they may cause further issues. By dealing with the initial issues we can attempt to build you up, so that you are able to rise past your issues. Sorting the foundations is effective, as it allows your take off to be steady but also by strengthening the foundations (positive coping strategies) enables you to withstand an amount of turbulence/wobble without being brought all the way back down.

This is acheived using a variety of techniques, but ultimately one that will suit you - as support does not fit into a “one size fits all” box. Hi

Yanina totally changed our lives we was going down a really tough road with eachother and looking at ending our marriage we looked foe a long time and failed we finally found yanina and thank god we did we are the best now we have ever been and its all thanks to this angel .. we will forever be grateful for you 🙏 ❤️ always look forward to our sessions we laugh we cry but most of all we work hard at us now and it really paid off 😗😘

Glad we chose phoenix yanna totally changed mine and my wife's lives we really struggled with each other and now we are the best we have ever been we was going to end up ending our marriage and now it's like we have just started again can't keep our hands off eachother ❤️ thank you phoenix therapies always grateful for what you have done for us ... and it's funny I look forward to speaking to you Weekly and havin a chat or a rant 🤣

I have only had one session with Yanina so far but feel more positive about being able to handle stressful situations. I am looking forward to regaining my emotional health and cope with whatever life throws at me

What can I say about Yanina, well she is not only an amazing person that has helped me straighten back up my life, give me direction, help my relationships and build up my confidence through amazing guidance and support, but also a lovely honest and lovely person to talk too. My time was protected, special and always left it with a clearer head and plan.
