Coaching with Dani has enriched and benefitted my life. I started coaching with Dani as I was unfulfilled both personally and professionally, and struggled with maintaining a routine and discipline. Over the course of our sessions, Dani’s coaching helped me to notice and develop healthy habits and reframe deep rooted negative issues. Her warm and empathetic nature encourages you to open up and she asks the right questions to get the best out of you. I now have clarity, understanding, and my relationship with myself, my friends and family has vastly improved. My coaching with Dani has been incredibly beneficial. We started our sessions shortly after I had changed to a new freelance career having always previously worked in traditionally structured employment. Dani is an excellent coach. She has an amazing ability to create a warm space where you can explore thoughts and feelings without judgement. She is intuitive and insightful. She knows when to ask the question that reframes an issue or make the comment that sparks an interesting thought, and she instinctively knows when to listen with an acute ear to details. She brings a lot of kindness and warmth to her coaching, and I almost always found myself walking away from our sessions with a smile, feeling like I had learned something important about myself.

Dani was an exceptional coach. I felt very supported and listened to in my experience, she was calm and a stable presence who challenged me to go further and question how I could achieve what I wanted to. I had sessions with her throughout a very turbulent period in my life and she was able to bring me a level of comfort just by giving me the space to discuss what could be done to improve things. She also helped me realise what I had control over in tandem with what I can do to change what I am not happy with. She showed me it's all about taking small steps and moving in the right direction rather than trying to achieve everything all at once.
