Can’t describe how much it helped I felt like from just one session my perspective was changed and I have changed my outlook on life and how I live it. After my 4th session that was enough and I have taken the steps to heal and recover can’t thank Angus enough a really great great man!

After being overwhelmed with so many emotions due to many different issues, Angus really helped me to get to the root cause and gave me so many useful tools. What I particularly liked was how he professionally checked in with me outside of our sessions, be it links to videos/talks to help along my journey. He even got me to have an open mind to try new things, something I never thought i would do prior to Angus's help. I would highly recommend Angus and I will be sure that if I get stuck again, he will be the first person I call. Thank you Angus.

Angus was especially nice and empathetic to my troubles, he made me feel very relaxed and encouraged me to open up and engage throughout our time together, he has helped me realise the difference between my thoughts and how to control them and understand them. He was very professional in his practice, I felt he understood me and was very genuine, I would certainly recommend him. I haf an alcohol habit and I am in control, not the alcohol. Thank you Angus

I had hypnotherapy earlier this year with Angu. He goes above and beyond and truly cares. He invests so much time and effort into trying to help and I felt comfortable around this kind man. His lovely wife, Sue, even got involved to offer her area of expertise and I was blown away to receive so much valuable advice from not one, but two professionals. My issue was very specific and I would love to use Angus again in the future for more generalised anxiety because of his fantastic service.
