VINTAGE CROMPTON C100 FLUORESCENT LAMP CHOKE 200/250 V, 50 C/S
This vintage Crompton choke has been kept in safe storage in our smoke-free home by my family for many years.
Crompton Cat No. C100, 200/250 V, 50 C/S, made in England.
Fluorescent Lamp Choke for use with one 80 W 5 FT lamp OR two 40 W 2 FT lamps connected in series.
There are four terminals in two pairs complete with retaining screws.
The electrical engineer in my family has marked it as "OK but noisy" so it certainly does work.
This choke weighs in at 1980 grams, and measures approximately 168 x 75 x 54 mm.
There are two screw holes on the fixing plate.
