Description
Converted shipping container project. 20ft x 8ft.
This has been converted from scratch, insulated floor, walls and ceiling. Built in king size bed frame with 3 storage compartments underneath. Small lounge area, fitted kitchen with butler sink and water heater. Electric points throughout with a fuse box. Easy external connections for drainage,water and electric.
All materials present to do the finishing touches - tiles for the kitchen, coving, wire housings and skirting boards. I do have cladding for the exterior but have had no time to put it on, this is available to purchase by separate negotiation.
Completely water tight and proofed, have lived in this coming up two years and never had any issues.
Keeps toasty warm in the winter with a tiny electric radiator.
Original plans had a tiny bathroom but ran out of funds/time to complete. You could make it what you want!
Based in BH21, access road just to the rear of the container so easy for truck removal, can recommend a fab company. This has been a labour of love but a county move forces sale. Serious buyers only please. Viewings welcomed
